Open Question: how do you make comic panels on the computer?
well i have a few photos i toke and im looking to make them into a comic strip type of thing. similar to this http://waywardinsecticon.deviantart.com/art/Insecticomic-681-156443836 but i dont know how to do it. Can anyone help?if its can be done with out photoshop or any other program it be nice, if not is there free programs that can help with this?
