Resolved Question: The Giver - Newspaper Article?
Hi, In school we just finished reading The Giver, a futuristic novel by Lois Lowry and now we have to write a newspaper. I'm done with most article I just have two left. A science article. I was wondering if it would be good to make a Science Article on Euthanasia or mercy killing with lethal injection. I know Euthanasia is expressed in this book as 'The Ceremony of Release.' The last thing I need to work on a comic strip. I really don't have any ideas for a comic strip about The Giver, it sucks because it has to be related to the book. Any suggestions? Thank you =] As this market evolves and becomes more complicated, collectors have begun to trade more than cartoon books; they have begun trading information. In 2007, over 125,000 comics fans were in attendance over the 5 days. However, this concept of educational comics failed to catch on, as more parents bought Dagwood Splits the Atom than the youths who remained interested in the adventures of their favourite super-heroes. A strong moral code, including a willingness to risk one's own safety in the service of good without expectation of reward. It can take fifteen to twenty years for a comic book to be valuable. Initially, he thought that separating himself from the process of converting his work to a movie would turn out fine. Video games and television have been put under a similar assault by parent groups, religious groups and highbrow elitists that just don't get their appeal and blame them for the moral downslide of society.
